We optimize materials

We have been optimising surfaces for over thirty years. With 22 ovens currently in operation, we are one the largest nitriding shops in Europe. Our units can accommodate work-pieces of up to 3,000 millimetres in diameter and 10,000 millimetres in length. Low-distortion nitriding in the ammonia gas stream allows us to guarantee a targeted improvement in wear, corrosion and strength properties for your material and excellent dimensional stability with surface hardnesses of up to 1,200 HV.

You also have the choice between various optimisation techniques, such as the oxidation process or low-voltage annealing under inert gas.
